Open Purchase & 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before returning the product to:
The product must be returned:
- in reasonable condition
- with accompanying accessories
- and packaged securely
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality, a deduction for diminished value may be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We always recommend using a trackable return shipment.
Complaints & Defective Products
If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer must contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- a photo of the product
- a description of the issue
- the order number
Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
In the event of an approved complaint, we may offer:
- a replacement product
- a price reduction
- a refund
- or another solution in accordance with applicable law
Returns
The return address will be provided after an approved return request.
Returns sent without prior contact may delay processing.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- the product has been damaged due to careless handling
- the return is made after the applicable withdrawal period
- hygiene seals have been broken on products exempt from the right of withdrawal by law
Unclaimed Shipments
If the customer fails to collect a shipment despite notifications from the carrier or collection point, costs for return shipping and handling may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery
We deliver to multiple countries worldwide.
Normal delivery time is generally 3–11 business days but may vary depending on:
- stock availability
- carrier
- international logistics
- customs clearance
- peak seasons
- or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Certain products may be shipped directly from international suppliers or external distribution centers.
Tracking information is normally sent via email or SMS when available.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in SEK unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed through secure payment solutions such as:

- card payment
- or other payment methods displayed at checkout
Card information is processed by external payment providers and is not stored by VaruZone or ArcticLyx AB.
International Delivery, Import & VAT
For certain international deliveries, shipments may be subject to:

- import fees
- or other charges according to the legislation of the destination country
Import-, customs-, and VAT-related processes may in some cases be administered by external logistics partners, delivery agents, or carriers as part of international shipping operations.
Additional customs duties, import charges, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations and the applicable delivery model.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

- delivery delays beyond our reasonable control

- or shipments marked as delivered by the carrier
