We process your order within 24 hours and dispatch it from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery normally takes approximately 3–9 business days. If you have not received your package within this timeframe, please contact our customer support and we will assist you in tracking your order and investigating any potential issues.
Orders are primarily delivered directly to your address. If certain delivery information is missing, the package may instead be delivered to a local pickup point. We primarily cooperate with DHL, although deliveries may also be carried out by other shipping providers depending on the circumstances.
Delivery Time for Products Containing Batteries
Products containing batteries may require longer delivery times than usual, typically between 8–15 business days, although in some cases delivery may take longer.
This is because such products are subject to additional safety and quality inspections prior to shipment.

If Your Order Is Delayed
If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as we become aware of the issue.
Under applicable consumer protection legislation, you may have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of significant delivery delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers, but we always strive to ensure that your order is delivered without unnecessary delay.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to:

- or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, delivery may take up to 28 business days.
If you choose to cancel your purchase but the package is still delivered, please contact us for further instructions. Any return will then be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
